News & Notes Congratulations to Mr. Farmer, Mrs. Lawson, and Mrs. Lighty for making Thornwell the Clean School of the Month in Darlington County. Keep up the great work!!
During American Education Week, Nov. 16 - 20, Thornwell will hold a Clemson vs. Carolina canned and non-perishable food drive. Bring your canned and non-perishable food items to show support of your favorite team and help others in Hartsville. The class with the most items collected will receive a popcorn party with Mrs. Govan-Augustus on November 24th.
The
cast list for Thornwell's performance of Disney's "Alice in Wonderland"
has been announced. Click here to view the cast list and song order. The play will be held at the Hartsville Middle
School auditorium on January 28th and 29th.

number of pizza and popcorn parties is very high. Our students are
really showing Paw-fect Behavior. Keep up the good work students.
